How to Customize Materials with PowerPoint
Many have asked, and now it is possible to update RPM materials with your brand colors and fonts.

Step-by-Step Guide
What you need:
- Your brand colors, Hex codes
- Your brand fonts
How to customize for the first time:
- Open the PowerPoint file
- Select the Design tab
- Select all slides
- Click a slide in the left preview panel, then “CTRL+A’ to select all
- Customize fonts
- Click the Variants drop-down
- Click colors > Customize colors
- Replace with your brand colors
- Save as Firm Name
- Customize fonts
- Click the Variants drop-down
- Click fonts > Customize fonts
- Replace with your brand fonts
- Save as Firm Name
- Add your logo & contact information
- Click the logo placeholders > From Device
- Insert your company logo
- Click the contact information placeholder
- Insert contact information & disclosures
- Click the logo placeholders > From Device
- Save
- Save Document
- Then save as PDF ot export a shareable file.
The first time customizing your materials will take between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on your comfort level with the program. After you have saved your colors and fonts, you can select them from your saved list, and it will only take a moment.
